"Not even worth a single star"
I wouldn’t even rate this with one star. I sent back the items on 29/04, and I still haven’t heard anything or received my refund. Their website is inaccessible, and all my emails keep bouncing back. I’m really frustrated!! Stay away at all costs!!

"Are they still in business?"
I’ve been seeing the recent reviews. I ordered several hoodies to pick from for my son's birthday and I need to send one back. The website's been offline for a month, even though it claims just a few hours. My emails bounce back, I’m getting no replies to my Instagram messages, and there’s no phone number to call. I’ve noticed that nobody has gotten a response to their reviews since February 23. If you’ve shut down, why not just come out and say it?!

"Sweater didn't show up"
Three weeks back, I placed an order for a sweater and got a confirmation after paying, but I haven't received any updates since then. I can't track the delivery, and with the website being down, there's no way to contact anyone. The mail delivery didn't go through. So, it's just wasted cash; steer clear if you're in Europe.

"Site shows message about updates..."
The site is showing a message saying it’s updating and will return in a few hours. That notice has been there for at least a month. I sent back a jacket to the return address, but I haven’t seen a refund and can’t get in touch with them. My emails keep getting bounced back by the company. I’m at a loss here. It’s been three weeks since I sent my jacket back.

I still haven't received my order from March 31st, nor have I gotten a refund. This is getting ridiculous! The courier hasn't delivered it to me, and they won't either refund my money or send a replacement quickly.

"2023's Most Frustrating Customer Service Experience"
I've been a dedicated customer for quite a while since this brand started small, but the quality of their products and designs is genuinely impressive. It's a bummer to say that I won't be purchasing anything from Jameson Carter again, as I've learned a tough lesson about their customer service. I ordered four items, primarily a hoodie that was supposed to arrive the next day. After five days, it finally showed up, but the hoodie was missing. I checked my emails and found out it was out of stock. They initially offered me a solution via email, which seemed promising, and I thought they might sort this out without any fuss, despite the delivery delay. I was told, "If you want a different item, just let me know the name and size, and I'll get it ready for you." They didn’t mention anything about matching prices, so I figured they were trying to be nice given the trouble I had. I responded, asking for another hoodie in the correct size and color. Then I got a reply saying they couldn’t do that unless it was the same price, even though the other item was just ten pounds more. I'm really let down by this level of customer service. Considering how much we spend, offering a little goodwill to keep customers satisfied shouldn’t be a big deal. I won’t be ordering again, and for anyone reading this, as long as your order goes smoothly, you’re fine. But if they mess up, you can bet you won’t be taken care of. Better to take your business elsewhere.

"Lack of Communication Post-Refund"
I sent back a product and was aware that they deduct the shipping cost, which isn’t a big deal. However, they still shortchanged me more than they should have, and when I reached out about it, there was no reply.
It’s disappointing because I’ve been a regular customer of this clothing brand and had never returned anything before this incident. It’s a real letdown how this situation has been managed.

"Poor Customer Experience"
I've bought a bunch of stuff before without any problems. However, this time the delivery from Evri was just awful. I returned a hoodie that didn't fit, and I'm still waiting for my refund three weeks on. No response to my emails either, which is super frustrating. 😢

"Encountered an issue with my delivery"
I ran into a snag with my delivery through Evri. The customer service crew at Jameson Carter was super helpful in getting my stuff sent out again. With a lot of companies dropping the ball on customer service, it was a breath of fresh air to work with a business that genuinely cares about its customers.

"Very happy with the product and support in the end"
I would’ve rated it 5 stars if the item hadn’t been delayed or if the customer service had been quicker to respond. That said, the quality of the product is top-notch. The coat gets a perfect score from me, and they refunded my extra charge for next day delivery since it was late. I’ll definitely be placing another order! 😊

"Jacket Purchase from the Sale..."
I picked up a jacket during the sale that looked fantastic, especially for what I paid. I got a size 8, and it arrived super fast and smooth. The jacket's quality is top-notch, but man, it’s huge! Feels more like a size 12 to me. This is definitely not a size 8. I’m a bit stuck on how to return it since I can’t find any paperwork, but I’ve shot an email to the team and I'm waiting to hear back. Sadly, I doubt even a size 6 would fit based on how the size 8 turned out. Such a shame because the quality and service are really good.

"Time to find a new delivery service and own up to missed deliveries"
I placed my order on December 19th, and it was shipped out the same day. The delivery service was supposedly out making deliveries on the 20th and 21st, but I haven't heard a peep since then. I reached out to JC, and they told me that once it's shipped, they can't take any responsibility. Well, here I am, still waiting for my package with no clue when it might show up. Given that I paid for shipping, this is really disappointing. I’m looking for a refund for the delivery fee (£5) and some extra compensation for the delay. Their customer service is lacking, just shifting the blame around.
As for the response I got, how do I get in touch again? I already sent an email, got one reply, and then it went silent.
